THE PAVEL MURATOV INTERNATIONAL CENTRE OF STUDIES
announces
a prize of €500 for the best Master’s thesis or PhD dissertation devoted to the work, thought, biography, or critical reception of Pavel Muratov.
Only submissions meeting the following requirements will be considered:
• Master’s and Doctoral theses
• defended between 2020 and 2025
• in any discipline (including literature, philology, cultural studies, philosophy, history, the arts, etc).
• provided that Pavel Muratov is the central and structuring subject of the research.
Theses written in Italian, Russian, English, and French are accepted. If the thesis has been written in another language, a translation into one of the above-mentioned languages must also be submitted.
In order to participate, applicants must submit the following:
• a digital copy of the thesis,
• an abstract (approximately 1-2 pages) outlining the content, methodology, research approach, and results,
• a short CV of the author,
• information about the university, course of study, doctoral programme (if applicable), and year of defence.
Submissions will be evaluated by an appointed Committee on the basis of methodological rigor, originality of approach, and their contribution to Muratov studies.
